Military & Overseas Citizen Voters
The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) protects the voting rights for Uniformed Services members and members of the US merchant marine, their families and all US citizens residing outside of the United States. In Massachusetts these voters are called Specially Qualified Voters.

Annual Town Meeting Preview and Public Information Sessions
To provide voters the opportunity to learn more about what is on 2018 Annual Town Meeting warrant, the Town will be hosting two public information sessions. There will be an overview of Town sponsored articles as well as an opportunity for questions.

Friday, April 20th - 8:00 AM - Senior Center- 30 Whittier Court
Thursday, April 26th - 7:00 PM - Public Safety Center - 32 North Main Street*
*The session at the Public Safety Center will be available on AndoverTV
The Annual Town Meeting begins on April 30th at 7:00 PM in the Collins Center. To view the Warrant and Finance Committee Report, please visit www.andoverma.gov/townmeeting.
