Come vote for your favorite student designed artwork! The designs with the most votes will be used to create the Main Street Wall Murals. This is your chance to influence the look of Andover's largest mural. Can't make it to the event? No problem. Like your favorites on our Facebook page @thewallmurals. Artwork will be posted the last week of April. About the Murals project: This project is a community initiative to connect Downtown Main Street and the Historic Mill District by using hanging mural panels. “The Wall” refers to the large retaining wall located across from the Andover Safety Center. The final mural will be painted on segmented panels, and then hung on the wall rather than painted directly onto the wall. Student artists will be creating designs based on community feedback gathered at a public charrette held on January 31st at Memorial Hall Library.
