Andover's Leadership Academy is an 11 week course designed to enhance townspeople's understanding of Town government operations and for municipal leaders and townspeople to learn from one another through conversation. The program is designed to advance understanding of and participation in civic affairs as well as to increase awareness of the challenges facing municipal government.
The Academy is free of charge.
The Academy will be held twice yearly; in the spring classes will be held Wednesday evening 6:30-9:00 pm and in the fall Wednesday and Friday during the day 10:00 am-12:30 pm at various locations around Town. All sessions will be facilitated by municipal staff who will provide learning experiences that are interactive, interesting and informative.
Those interested in participating are encouraged to complete an on-line application. Space is limited, so early registration is suggested.
