Assessing Forms

The following forms are due to the Assessor's office by March 1st. These completed and signed forms can be scanned and emailed to assessor@andoverma.us or mailed to the Assessor's office. 

Income & Expense Forms - Real Estate

Must be submitted annually for all residential properties with 3 or more units, all commercial, industrial and mixed use properties. 

Form of List - Personal Property

Must be submitted annually for all businesses, regardless of size.

3ABC - Exempt Real Estate & Personal Property

Must be submitted annually for all exempt entities for real or personal property.
