The Administration/Business Office is responsible for long-range planning, monitoring of annual budget and assists Divisions with the Capital Improvement Program development. The Office also manages all personnel records, payroll, and coordination of hiring processes for the Department. Responsibilities include development and implementation of departmental policies and provides administrative support for all divisions. The Business Office coordinates facility rentals of the Old Town Hall, athletic fields, school gyms, and auditoriums and communicates with the public for the transference of information via the Town's website, Social Media, press releases and any other forms of communication as needed.
