Select Board 

The Select Board is the Town's policy-making body, except as otherwise directed by state statutes or by the Town Charter (PDF). The Select Board appoints the Town Manager, Town Accountant, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Board of Registrars.  Members of the Select Board are elected by the voters of Andover, and serve for three-year staggered terms. Meetings are held twice monthly on Monday evenings. Check calendar for upcoming meetings.
