INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL

Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Water Treatment Plant, 397 Lowell  Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened.  The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

There is No Security required with this proposal.

The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
