The Town of Andover is requesting proposals from qualified designer/architect/engineering firms to conduct a Feasibility Study/Facility Assessment at the Andover West Middle School in Andover, Massachusetts.

Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained online at www.andoverma.gov/bids.

No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the

opening thereof.

The contract for these services will be for a negotiated fee NOT TO EXCEED $80,000.00.

There will be a Mandatory Briefing Session held on Monday, October 2, 2023, at 10:00AM at the West Middle School, Main Entrance, 70 Shawsheen Rd., Andover, Massachusetts, 01810.
